Introduction
Masherbrum (7821 m), which dominates five vast glaciers—Aling, Masherbrum, Hushe, Gondogoro Valley, Chogolisa, and Tsarak Tsa—is located at the top of the Hushe Valley. In addition to a number of moderately difficult mountaineering peaks, exciting rock climbing chances, and an exciting path to the Baltoro Glacier, the well-known Hushe Valley provides a variety of short, uncomplicated excursions.
The village of Hushe in the Gondogoro Valley is the starting point for adventure and the end of the jeep route. It is 140 km east of Skardu and is the starting point for hikes and expeditions to the region's five glaciers and other summer pastures.
There is a sizable shepherd's community here that is decorated with a mosque. We continue our excursion by trekking to Dalzampa, which is appropriately called the "field of flowers." This charming campsite, which sits between two lakes at an elevation of about 4150 m, provides breathtaking views of Masherbrum Mountain and the glacier that descends from Masherbrum Pass, with their reflections glistening in the peaceful waters.
