Welcome to Expedition Pakistan. By booking a Trek/tour or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our official communication channels (website, email, or WhatsApp).
- A deposit payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip (as per agreed terms).
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving payment and written confirmation from our team.
2. Payments
- We accept bank transfers and selected international payment methods.
- Any transaction fees or bank charges are the client's responsibility.
- Prices are quoted in USD or PKR and may vary depending on exchange rates or service changes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
- 30+ days before departure: Partial refund (after deducting administrative costs)
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- In case of unavoidable circumstances (weather, road closures, government restrictions), we will offer alternative arrangements or rescheduling where possible.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- Expedition Pakistan reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any changes will be made in the best interest of client safety and experience.
- No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments beyond our control.
5. Health & Fitness
- Clients must ensure they are physically fit for trekking or adventure activities.
- It is the traveler's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions before the trip.
- Expedition Pakistan is not liable for any health issues that arise during the tour.
6. Travel Insurance
- All clients are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering: medical emergencies, high-altitude trekking, evacuation and trip cancellation.
- Expedition Pakistan is not responsible for any losses or expenses without insurance coverage.
7. Risk & Liability
- Adventure travel involves inherent risks such as altitude sickness, weather changes, and terrain challenges.
- By booking with Expedition Pakistan, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- We are not liable for: Personal injury or illness, loss or damage to personal belongings, or delays caused by weather, airlines, or third parties.
8. Guides & Safety
- All tours are conducted by experienced local guides.
- Clients must follow the instructions provided by guides at all times.
- Expedition Pakistan reserves the right to remove any participant from a trip if their behavior compromises safety.
9. Visa & Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
- We provide invitation letters and assistance, but are not responsible for visa approval or rejection.
10. Accommodation & Services
- Accommodation varies depending on location (hotels, guest houses, or camping).
- In remote areas, facilities may be basic due to limited infrastructure.
- We strive to provide the best available services in each region.
11. Responsible Tourism
- We are committed to sustainable tourism practices.
- Clients are expected to respect local culture, traditions, and the natural environment.
- Littering, damaging property, or disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited.
12. Media & Photography
- Expedition Pakistan may use photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in the media, please inform us in advance.
